I have only two 'small' worries, Perkins and the C's fatigue. I think if Perkins injury wasn't a serious problem he would have played tonight through the pain. Anything that was so bad he couldn't play in a possible series clinching game 5 isn't going to get better before game 6. I could be wrong though obviously. I also worry a little about how much effort the Celtics have given up until this point and what toll that has taken. That being said, I think they should have still won this game tonight and are clearly the better team even without Perkins and with KG paying a very sub par game. Home court should carry them over.
the injuries are catching up to them also. they need home court now more than ever. kg missed those two free throws because he was exhausted. no perk really bothers me.the 25 playoff games is taking its toll...tuesday will be another tired game. hope they use the crowd to pull through.

Even if Perk has nothing more to offer than 6 HARD fouls on Gasol or whoever dares enter the paint...that is worth it to me. The Lakers 'out-physicaled' us in Game 5. We can't have that again.
pierce played 47mins and 58 secs. dont know how he missed 2 secs in the game. he really wanted to close this out yesterday. remains to be seen how much they have left. iam confident our crowd will be louder than the lakers crowd and even more than our gillette crowd
im not worried about the crowd. they will be into it all the way thru. they will be nuts. i hope that gives them the energy they are going to need.pierce played 47mins and 58 secs. dont know how he missed 2 secs in the game. he really wanted to close this out yesterday. remains to be seen how much they have left. iam confident our crowd will be louder than the lakers crowd and even more than our gillette crowd

Couldn't agree more; to see that Euroballbag dominate under the glass made me want to puke, the skirt wearer that he is, he is the softest big man I have ever seen...............
Guys, your Celts will be fine. You almost (and probably should have) pulled out Game 5. Wasn't there TWO comebacks in the game? L.A. doesn't stand a chance in Boston.
your track record isnt very good in the playoffs. you said the celts were done when they lost game two against the pistons and you picked the lakers . now im really worriedGuys, your Celts will be fine. like i said now im really worried.Yeah, but picking the Lakers was the popular pick. I thought it would come down to 7 games and the Celts would lose by one point in game 7 so call that a "safe" pick . And, when I say the Lakers don't stand a chance in Boston, I mean they don't stand a chance to win BOTH of those games. Could they pull out one and force a Game 7? Sure. But with that crowd and the way the Celts have been playing (should have won Game 5), I have my doubts about the Lakers ability to make a comeback.
Strange. Usually when I make predictions about the NBA, I'm right. This postseason I'm 0-3 (you forgot what I said about the Cavs).

a friend of mine went to see tom petty last friday night at the garden. she said every time he finished a song the crowd started with beat LA beat LA. she said it went on all night long. she said it was crazy . even on the way out of the show it was beat LA beat LA.Boston is insane already and the TD will be rockin' :rocker: the entire time. I can't see anybody pulling an LA Faker and cutting out early- no way. They'll be screaming til the final tick
