Celtics are now 5-1 vs Dallas this season.

Celtics beat Pacers by 50 in regular season then got stomped in IST.

Celtics currently -2500 to win championship.

Celtics -7 next game (no adjustment to line by objective professionals.)

People need to calm down.

What about Dallas' performance surprised you? Luka and Kyrie went off, some role players chipped in and Boston was a no show on both sides of the ball. It wasn't rocket science.

The Celtics played poorly for the first time in a month.

Going back to Wednesday at post game.. when Tatum says "it's not about 1 more game, it's about how ever many it takes. I knew they would loose last night. The mentality should have been like mortal combat. FINISH THEM!

What about Dallas' performance surprised you? Luka and Kyrie went off, some role players chipped in and Boston was a no show on both sides of the ball. It wasn't rocket science.

The game was lost at tip off last night IMO...Dallas just came out more aggressive.. at some point a game like this was bound to happen. Hope we can finish them off Monday!

C's have been much better this year than last but they still don't seem to have the Russell/Bird killer instinct. The score should have been the reverse. Maybe it's a generational thing...

If they win Sunday, it caps off a 16-3 postseason with no series exceeding 5 games, without a key starter.

Agreed. It's definitely a generational thing. Al has got to be gassed, I don't know that street clothes KP would have made a difference in this game.. just in my observation the game was over at the jump ball. Dallas just had more aggressiveness. Just made me point out tatum and his comments the other night.. kind of told me his mentality heading into game 4.

I’m not as surprised as you guys. See my post about Game 3…if Dallas gets a decent lead, I expect the Celtics to get annihilated. I told my brother (who can bet online) to find an alt spread for like Dallas -20 with huge longshot odds because either the Celtics will show up or they’ll just concede and embarrassed. See game 2 vs Miami and Cleveland.

So it happened in Game 4 rather than Game 3.

I hear that KP is available to play. Game 5 they need to leave everything out there to secure this victory. If KP is available then he needs to play.. if Willis reed can play and Luka can play on one leg then KP should be able to go.. someone tell Brad it's the final finals

Wha? The NBA had nothing to do with G4's outcome.

The only contributing factor was the C's checked in for their flights before tip-off and were re-routed to the stadium to play as opposed to boarding their plane.

The only concern I have is that the Mavericks' bigs finally got their heads out of their asses and cleaned up the boards, got the easy tip shots/dunks, and made it difficult for us in the restricted area. It's really odd to be up 3-0 and then lose by 30+. Let's hope it's an anomaly and not a series turning adjustment like GS made in 2022.

Yeah they’re two separate issues.

The refs had zero to do with the outcome of the game, obviously.

I do think a double standard is developing for foul calls, especially among the star players. Luka is getting many calls that Tatum isn’t. Tatum is getting hacked constantly while driving to the hoop…sure there are some plays where he’s putting his head down recklessly into a swarm, but there are also consistently very clear fouls the refs aren’t calling. Luka is getting these calls every time yet still *****ing.
