I don't know what to think about the Celtics.
First, they signed Kristaps Porzinais, who has a history of being injury-prone. (IMO not good) He wanted to play in the international games this off-season but we got a report he has a foot problem: plantar fasciitis. (I had it only time heals) and it could prevent him from being at training camp. The Celtics say they want him back in the US with their trainers to help heal the foot; Porzinais stays in Europe. (not good IMO). Payton Pritchard asked for a trade before the season ended. Smart out but White replaces him at guard. Pritchard doesn't move up and no trade. They just signed another guard, wrong message for Pritchard IMO. Malcolm Brogdon, Celtics tried to trade him without discussing with him. He gets rejected because of injury, he is also injury-prone. How can he feel, They want to trade him, and he gets bumped by White as the lead point guard. He can't feel good about being a Celtic, IMO.
Robert Williams, Mr. Injury Prone, was he traded? How does that make him feel about being a Celtic? Al Horford is a great guy, but old, like me, his time on the floor must be managed; he is hot or cold scoring 3pts shots, & mid-range shots, more cold than hot lately. Then we have Jaylen Brown, making lots of money but his play must improve plus there is his attitude.
I just hope this roster just proves that the concerns I have are wrong.
I want a NBA Championship Banner hung this season.
