It's funny, here in Florida (Tampa area) on a (relatively) cold day you'll see many with sweatshirts on, with some going as far as gloves and a scarf - and at the same time there will be some others still wearing a t-shirt and shorts. One house will have the windows open, the next will have logs burning in the fireplace.
