Holy smokes. Not sure how to feel here, now everyone will have money.
What does this project us compared to early projections?
Chiefs should too on their push for a 3-peat and being handed a more lenient cap situation.Probably thank Taylor Swift for the increase, I know Goodell will.
Thats always going to keep going up but with this increase teams are most likely to eat the cap instead of pushing it down the road.Right, but wait until you see what the next big contract for a franchise quarterback is going to cost!
Agree on the first statement. Tee higgins price will skyrocket. Makes sense to franchise tag onwenu and sign him to a more optimal contract next year .Hurts the patriots alt. Minimizes their cap soace advantage and will make it harder to sign their targets. BB’s cheapskate cP spending approach never paid dividends
It's basically a guarantee juju and Parker have thier contracts "revised "Once JC Jackson is released and Parker and Ju Ju rework those awful contacts we should have more.
I really hope that your right! They're getting paid way to much for way too little production (and that's when they're not injured). It's basically a guarantee juju and Parker have thier contracts "revised "
I'm with you lol. I hope I'm right too! I admit I've been critical on our WRs.. under AVP everyone will be given a clean slate. From what I understand we will have thr west coast offense. Basically what the Browns ran last season. I'm all for anything that equates to scoring points. So this season we will see who shines and who doesn't.I really hope that your right! Worth mentioning that even with this increase, the Bills are still about $42 million over the cap and the Dolphins are about $38 million over.

This why when people got hysterical of Mahomes big 10 year contract a lot of the more savvy analysist thought it was a brilliant move. The big cap hits were all later and were always going to be minimized by the cap increasing each year. There might be 2 tough years in the middle before it catches up. But it becomes a steal pretty quickly. If you are able, you should lock down young preemium talent years out because they'll be under market towards the end of that contract. The teams with Franchise QBs are licking their lips right now
