Cant post unless I have a 100 or better?

I don't understand why I cant post to a thread unless I have 100 posts or better. How am I suppose to get 100 posts if I CANT post?

You can reply to any thread regardless of post count. However, starting new threads is restricted to members with at least 100 posts.

Hopefully that helps, but definitely let me know if you're having any issue replying to posts.
