Re: Offensive Line situation
I'm not excited about their replacements. Hochstein got abused in the SB (though he was not alone in that). I need to see much more of O'C before I'm comfortable with him. I felt like Kaczur beat him to the position rather handily. If O'C has improved in pass protection, then maybe he'll provide some good camp competition. I'm not pessimistic so much as I need to see.
OTOH, with Neal and Kaczur, I'm not concerned. Neal is good, Kaczur is decent. The line is well-practiced together and that counts for a lot.
Count me as concerned about the right side of the line. Not that Neal and Kaczur can't play, but that they might not play.Neal certainly is the key to the right side......not to mention a TE that can block, Brady was a huge disappointment last year to me - I thought he would not have lost as much he did both with blocking skills and his mind. What a huge loss Neal was in the SB - freaking huge.
