Butler thinking about a new agent?

I'm a V man, myself. All day long.

Yeah the vagus nerve is pretty sweet.

S3 reviews are in on metacritic (again, all encompassing--NY Times, Rolling Stone, Washington Post, Entertainment weekly, etc) and it's currently sitting at an 87. Fingers crossed for another good run, especially since the trilogy ends after this showing.

I didn't know it is over. Sad!

Thinking it over. Butler is probably best served by playing out his RFA year, adding another championship to his resume, then going into free agency and getting the biggest deal possible.

1/4 + 5/65 is 69m over 6 years.

A lot of outcomes possible. But I wouldn't mind rolling out 2017 with Gilmore, Butler, and Rowe as our top 3 corners.

The Americans is an inferior show.
I have to admit, considering this season so far only, Better Call Saul has been better than The Americans. And in fact, this season, Better Call Saul is the best show on TV. The Mike/Gus stuff is top-notch, and they've been toning down Chuck's hamming.

Something happened to The Americans this season, it's hard to watch lately. But its first season was superb, better than the first season of Better Call Saul.

I have to start watching BCS. Don't have time to binge watch it from the beginning right now though. Season 3 of Fargo has been pretty good too.

I'm ok with The Americans still. I think it's one of the best shows on TV, even this season. This season definitely lacks in action, but I've enjoyed the character moments and some of the bigger questions coming out. I'm seeing some very different possibilities for how that show could end; moreso than before this season.

This season of Better Call Saul, though, I have to agree, might be the best thing going right now, and maybe Top 3 TV among active series; only GoT and Westworld above it.

Fargo season 2 was better than either season of BCS, but it loses some points since S1 wasn't as good as either season of BCS. If Fargo S3 is closer in quality to S2 than S1 then I'd say it's overall a better show than BCS. But it's close and this is really like debating which is better boobs or butts.

Really fun TV times lately, though. Westworld was fun if imperfect, Legion was amazing, Preacher is a blast.

Really? I thought Season 1 of Fargo was better than Season 2 just because of how well the Lester/Malvo characters were. Different strokes, I guess.

You're, without a doubt, the first person I've heard who liked S1 more than S2.

I'm enjoying S3 a lot but it's definitely got more of an S1 feel. I think probably because the smaller cast of characters.

Agreed. Great start to the season for BCS. I've never had a problem with Chuck, but this season he's turning into one of the best villains on TV.

You've been missing out. BCS is fantastic, and for some critics and viewers, it has surpassed Breaking Bad. I've been enjoying it more than BB as well. Though The Wire still remains king for me.

It's a personal preference. Season 2 was excellent and I can see why many prefer it, but I did prefer the smaller cast. It allowed the character building to get done more quickly until the **** began to hit the fan. Lorne Malvo reminded me a cross between The Joker and Anton Chigurh from "No Country for Old Men". He was borderline unstoppable. The first hint of vulnerability came when he got ambushed by Mr. Wrench and Mr. Numbers. From that season, "Buridan's Ass" might be one of the best episodes of television I've ever seen.

I've pretty much come to the realization that I'll be a fan of whatever Hawley writes and creates. Legion, as you mentioned, was excellent as well. Especially when you start to figure out just wtf is going on with David.

If Butler ever gets a new agent can a new thread be started ? This one is headed to ignore but I'd hate to miss actual Patriots news

So I've heard. I'll end up starting it sometime before this season is over. I don't have a particularly good excuse for not watching it outside of time. Considering I was a huge BB fan, it goes without saying that I'll probably love BCS, too.

BCS is awesome and definitely gives you something similar to the BB feel. There's a lot of tension.

Next they need to do 'Better Ding Fring'.

They could do a lot with BCS. I read about Vince Gilligan mentioning the possibility of them covering post-BB events after they conclude the pre-BB story. It would make sense, given all those black and white Cinnabon scenes at the beginning of each season.

Better call Simpson. Butlers agent and agree a deal.

Great news! Hopefully it works out the same way it did with Hightower. Let him test his market value and bring him back after he realizes it isn't as high as it is... and if it is as high as he thinks let him go unless you feel he is worth as much.
