I'm glad I grew up in Boston, because I cannot see how people who didn't can root for one team but not any of the others.Certainly more than fair enough
I'm from Connecticut. Its a lot of divided loyalties hereI'm glad I grew up in Boston, because I cannot see how people who didn't can root for one team but not any of the others.
I would be more excited about the season. if they played in a division that wasn't so tough. tampa and Toronto will be very hard to beat in a playoff series.Edited thread title ... hope you don't mind CS.
I am a die hard homer but I must admit I am not overly amped up.
Best hope is the young players produce more, Bergeron / Krecji / Chara are 1 more year over prime.
I agree...Bergeron missed all of TC, and I wonder just how much longer he can produce at his recent level, especially if Pasternak is moved to the 2nd line to help that old, slow thief Krejci. Krejci's & Rask's albatross contracts are Peter Chiarelli's true legacy.Edited thread title ... hope you don't mind CS.

So do I, but trading McQuaid to the NYR has weakened the defence by at least 33%. Kampfer is a #7-8 at the most, and the only young defenceman in the pipeline who might combine even a little offensive ability with toughness is Jakob Zboril, on whom SweeNeely seem to have soured. The FO really, Really fecked-up their lone opportunity to re-stock the system during the 2015 draft.the D does not look strong to me. hope I'm wrong
he was highly rated by every scout and gm in the league. all draft picks are a risk. sometimes it's just bad luck. let me guess. sweeny suks Danny Ainge suks Belichick suks and Dombroski suks? That's the risk one takes when using its 1st-round pick on a short defenceman who isn't stout...injuries.
