Jim Irsay gets to own a team, the bar doesn’t get lower than that.
Well with this thread the PatsFans offseason has officially begun!
What would that accomplish?
I don’t think that the morality of a back up running back ruins a qb. If it did the qb was destined to be ruined any way I think.
This hurts the development of Chubb when Hunt gets back...
You must lead a very sheltered life.
Why you ask ? It’s the same dynamic at work when they rap out to lyrics like ““You know I, thug em’, f**k em’, love em’, leave em’, cause’ I don’t f**kn’ need em.”*, then take a knee.
Google Kodak Black, XXXTentacion.

Hey Browns, I deserve a chance, too. $500k per year, maybe?
Does it make a difference whether you win by 3 or 2 scores ?
Very smart move for the Browns. They’ll be getting quite a weapon when the NFL eventually clears him.
Maybe Hunt was on drugs.
Or he could have an alcohol problem.
Either way, you either believe in equal rights and lefts and or you don’t believe in true equality. That’s just the way it is.
Oh not sheltered..just don’t want upset anyone too much here with the reality that politics sometimes guide these players causes more than any moral conscience does.
Just glad this team is not in the position to make signings like these.
I guess I could see the turmoil of a fan wanting their team to sign someone like that if they were perennial losers.
I believe he deserved a second chance, but not until the suspension was served. Basically would of made him focus more on his conseling and his future.
To my knowledge Hunt had 3 confrontations 2 with men and this one with a woman.
I can surely envision some guy trying to get under Hunts skin because it goes on all the time even when guys like Hunt are minding their own business.
Hopefully Hunt has learned that you call the police and walk away. I would give him another chance and that is all. I would not give Gordon another chance and I hope BB thinks the same.
The devil made me do it doesn't fly for me no more.
The problem with that is that you can't be suspended if you're not on a team. He has to be signed first. Let's see what the NFL does.
I'm all for second chances and I'm all for stiff punishments for domestic violence. Let's see what message the NFL sends (not holding out hope for this one) and more importantly, let's see what this young man does with his second chance. He seemed to take ownership of it when he was cut so hopefully that contrition is something that will change and shape his future.
I think I'd rather discuss my far left views that are borderline socialist with Alex Jones than get into a discussion on morality at Patsfans haha. It's always the worst. I just saw someone quote Big Pimpin'.
He got 8 games and he's evidently getting decent advice because he isn't planning to appeal
NFL suspends Browns RB Kareem Hunt eight games
