Broncos moving Jeudy

I will take your numbers as correct, but why would the Patriots want Wilson? Payton wants Wilson gone because he isn’t very good. There is no point in trading for him. They aren’t winning with Wilson and neither would the Patriots.

I don’t want to trade away one QB who isn’t working out and may becoming a problem in the locker room for another QB isn’t working out who seems to be a problem in the locker room where he goes.
Yeah it's kind of tongue-in-cheek, but it's sort of like an NBA type deal. Denver gains massive cap relief, NE gains a pick, an improvement at WR and an improvement over their current QB.

In fairness to Juedy, Rod Smith is a major a-hole. I am sure that he wasn’t as much of a stand up guy as he is portraying himself. I can’t remember the specifics, but he got into it with the Patriots players back in the day.

We’ll see how nervous Bill is. If he doesn’t make this move then he’s probably not scared about getting fired.
Mike I've just like and many poster.. come to the realization that this is the end. Right now he's still the GM/HC but I'm convinced another bad loss like the last 2 I believe it could be an in season change. Just my hunch. I'm trying to find reasons for hope.. but it's grim.

The Jared Goff/Matthew Stafford trade was sorta like that. The Rams gave up a lot in that trade not only for Stafford, but for the Lions to take the Goff contract off their hands.

It's the whole chicken/egg theory. Did Mac/Zappe/Stevenson all suddenly lose it, or are there outside factors/personnel issues holding them back? If it costs them little, it's a risk worth taking. I wouldn't give up anything crazy, and we've already seen guys around the league being moved for a couple of late round picks ... if they can figure out a way to get him and it's not expensive, it's not a terrible idea because they could absolutely use the help.
Would you prefer a new QB not having better weapons at WR and a upgraded OL?

I'm definitely fine with improving the WR room in trade for mid to low round picks or players but chemistry with Mac should be the last thing they factor in with potential acquisitions.

I only think they’ll do in-season change if they think it’s just coaching. If they think it’s a problem with the players, changing the coach won’t accomplish much more than make the Bill-hating cranks momentarily happy.

Dismissed everything wrong with Jeudy? Like what? No I’m not saying that. I’m saying that perhaps there is a lack of chemistry with his QB or an issue with a coach. This sort of thing happens all the time. Have you ever read the news? Thats all I’m saying. YOU and me don’t know.

I’ll give you the last word because you’re you.
There is every reason to suspect there are issues with this player. The fact that you want to ignore them apparently becuz WIdE rEEcEeevEr is interesting to say the least.

He played with Mac - so they'd have chemistry and would potentially at least improve their production. Again, at some point, they're going to have to just bite the bullet and admit that there's an issue with who they felt were good decisions (Parker and Smith-Schuster). If they won't, that's kind of an issue, especially for a team that needs to make changes if they want to avoid the skid they're already experiencing.
But picking up a troubled guy who his own team is in a hurry to dump doesn’t seem like an answer. As I said buyer beware.

I also go back to Derek Carr, who is another one. Good player, but Houston didn't protect him, and obviously, his career ended in similar fashion.

He's not terrible. He's got 17 catches for 208 yards and is averaging 12.2 yards per catch. That's higher than everyone in New England's receiving corps, save for Douglas and Bourne:

(EDIT: LOL, and Pharoah Brown, but obviously that 58yd TD helps his totals )

I didn’t say he’s terrible I said something is wrong with this guy that if he has round 1 skills, hasn’t progressed and a team that values WRs wants to dump him, I’m skeptical.

This isn't a team that is desirable to play for anymore - Why the hell would Jeudy want to play on a team with garbage for a QB and an overrated head coach whose glory years left when Brady went to Tampa - Until Belichick gets out of Foxboro no stud in his right mind wants to be part of the basement in the east for the next year or so,they want to go to a contender who can put at least 10 freaking points on the scoreboard.

It’s a trade. He has no choice where he goes.

He certainly can ask not go to to certain teams, depends on how the owner respects/grants the player's wish - its becoming more and more common that players ask before trades to go to teams they prefer.

He’s becoming a bust. I’m not sure the owner cares what he wants.
