last year under an offense minded coach they were complete trash and i am sure jeudy was also injured
you should consider these circumstances in your evaluation as you are doing this for patriots excuses as well

we are giving mac a pass due to bad coaching last year but saying shouldn't trade for jeudy because he is playing under an offense minded coach and they wanna trade him and his stats aren't the best
maybe we should consider their ****show of a coaching as well and how his qb's played the last years. He had a really bad wilson last year and Lock before that.

we need draft assets to fix the O line and find a franchise QB.

Before trading any picks it needs to be front of mind that the Pats are picking at the top of every round next year, maybe even the first pick. They cannot just throw away their second/third round picks on #2 receivers.

You’re right. And it also could be a chemistry issue with the QB, or he doesn’t like the HC, or could be a number of other reason. IMO he’s a risk worth taking.

Building an offense around Mac is not a long term move.

It's the whole chicken/egg theory. Did Mac/Zappe/Stevenson all suddenly lose it, or are there outside factors/personnel issues holding them back? If it costs them little, it's a risk worth taking. I wouldn't give up anything crazy, and we've already seen guys around the league being moved for a couple of late round picks ... if they can figure out a way to get him and it's not expensive, it's not a terrible idea because they could absolutely use the help.

He's not terrible. He's got 17 catches for 208 yards and is averaging 12.2 yards per catch. That's higher than everyone in New England's receiving corps, save for Douglas and Bourne:

Well if you dismissed everything wrong with players by making something up you would trade for everyone.
Why would you want a player who can’t get along with his QB? He’s not leaving, he’s being dumped.
