Favre's non-cooperation was for not turning over his cell phone, which CONTAINED the incriminating photo in question. This would be like Brady using the cell phone with a secret needle built into it, making it a piece of evidence rather than a complete fishing expedition. What Favre did was truly obstruct an investigation, and he STILL only got a 50K fine. Brady deserves ZERO punishment, since his cell phone was not even a relevant part of his accusations.

So tired of hearing he deserves a 50K fine, as if he actually obstructed the investigation. At what point is enough enough? Does he also need to submit to a body cavity search and turn over all his HIPAA information?
