I don’t see the value in trading him now if it’s just for a 5. And a comp 5 at that.
It’s better than having him hold a clipboard

They see practice, not one game against a team trying to lose.

This is a big nothing burger, they got rid of issue where morons who will go YA PUT BAZOOKA JOE in every time Maye has a bad game, it's Maye or bust and rightly so.

Remember when people were saying Malik Cunningham was a mistake, this is just part 2 of this.

The fact that no QB hungry team would offer a 4th shows you how the NFL values him.

A 5th isn't too bad considering he was a 6th round pick last year. They probably could've waited and perhaps gotten more, this year or next year, but I am guessing they wanted more capital this year to flesh out the roster and did not really need Milton.

It's also a bit of a favor to Milton who was a good soldier last year. Prescott has a tendency to get hurt, so Milton will get his chances to play. Prescott is also almost 32, so if Milton looks good in 3 years then they may want to move on from Prescott in favor of Milton.

But it’s a comp 5th and we sent a 7th. We basically just traded a young talented development QB for the same value he was drafted.

Lol'z.

A 5th. Even I thought a 4th. Milton and 7th for a 5th.

Guess none of us know what the hell we are talking about when it comes to the value of a backup QB.

I don't think his value will ever be higher than it was after that Bills game and the Browns, Giants, Raiders ect weren't even willing to part with a 4th rounder.

Another year of sitting on the bench and he's going to be worth nothing.

Who will take over the Michael Bishop role now?
Terrible trade.
**** Jerry
