Not at all comparable. Hollins has 2600 yards in 8 years with 2 seasons above 500 yards.Lots of reasons. Expensive. Cap issues. Productive. Valuable asset. Scheme fit. Never for cultural/off field issues.
Look at Hollins. Hes on his 6th team but for different reasons. He's always been a reserve and teams believe they can upgrade. Middling production. Middling talent. Cost effective as a WR3/4/5 but a pros pro who has value in the right system. He's kinda like the Crash Davis of the NFL lol
Cooks has nearly 10k yards with 6 1k+ yard seasons. He is a borderline hall of famer. He has by far the craziest NFL career in terms of number of teams relative to production. Makes zero sense especially that you never hear about any off the field issues about him.
