It's good to see Donald Yee leading the charge.

In my opinion the ONLY chance the Pats have at a positive resolution to this mess is if Brady sues and we can get incriminating evidence into the entities and their machinations aligned against the Pats to take them down.

Hmm..if we can get that might reverse framegate and spygate in one fell swoop. Getting Goodell and co.'s real phone records and email would be the end of him and most of the league office.

As of now, i havent heard anything, but i would have had that appeal sitting on the fax machine and hit send the very second the letter from the NFL was recieved.
