Sadly the team punishments can't be appealed, they have no choice but to take the team punishments from what I understand.

It would be funny though if the patriots some how managed to trade up to one spot below what ever their 1st round pick is, so they still effectively get the same pick.

Brady's punishments though can and will be appealed.

If the Patriots could appeal to somebody at the NFL, they'd probably get docked more draft picks and money for being "uncooperative." This sucks.
