"They didn't make any mistakes. They didn't have any penalties, they didn't have any turnovers, they didn't give up big plays," Brady said. "I think they really came into this game saying, 'We aren't going to give up those big plays when we blitz.' I think they said, 'We're going to play a very similar way we played the Colts.'

"I was driving home last night, and thought, 'We just never put any pressure on them.'"

Brady dismissed last week's comments by Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie, and said the chatter between the teams had no impact on Sunday's game.

The first-quarter benching of Wes Welker had "no bearing on the way we played as a team," according to Brady.
