It looked like when he came back from the locker room on Sunday, he had a larger flak jacket on. It could have affected his throwing.

We just gotta hope that the Pats are just resting him this week during practice and letting his rib and finger heal for Sunday. That is the most likely outcome.

Simmons twerterd or whatever that he heard it was broken ribs (yes more than one) I know that he is not connected so much but he does know people who are. link - Bill Simmons (sportsguy33) on Twitter Not saying it's true but Ribs, combined with shoulder and finger could explain a not so great day by Brady, particularly that last throw he made on the way down.
