Well the main nugget i got out of that article is that the Giants plan to seriously compete on Sunday. The Pats better prepare for the starters because the Giants are eager to play spoiler against the perfect season.

Play spoiler to what? They can't stop us from winning the division. They can't stop us from going to the playoffs. They can't stop us from getting homefield advantage either. WE ALREADY HAVE THOSE THINGS. Pardon me, but those things are far more important than 16 and 0. I might be in the minority, but it won't bother me that much if we lose. I would rather see us lose this game, than lose a game in the playoffs. A playoff loss would hurt MUCH MORE, IMO.
Besides, with all this talk of Coughlin playing his starters, who's to say that BB won't rest his. It would be great to go 16 and 0, but if we don't it's not the end of the world. It won't be a disappointment either. We have had one of the Best seasons in Patriots history and I enjoyed every minute of it. I wish my father had been here to see it.

dude i'm seriously at a loss here. The Giants have sucked this year, they're impossible to watch. Being a fan of the NFL, living in the NY market has been hell.

Whoa! Oh my god a ball Eli Manning intended for Plaxico Burress just almost hit my face!

I'll admit... they play ugly games, but I am a fan of them. 10-5 is not sucking though. I am proud they are 10-5. It has been a good season.

yes and if he was suddenly hit by a linebacker and his backup turned out to be god jr, you my friend would be ecstatic and insufferable as you watched your team win game after game after game after game...

and having lived through eli manning, kerry collins, and kurt warner, you would enjoy every single drop of your dominance, knowing full well that such good things aint built to last...

trust me. we relate with you. good lord do we relate with a media anointed QB with a big arm who made stupid decisions every third play en route to a mediocre, underachieving 10-6 record and quick playoff losses.

Kerry Collins took the Giants to a Super Bowl game. All wasn't bad with him. They had a very good passing offense in some of his years. Take a look. He threw for over 4000 yards or the high 3000 yards for many of his seasons as a Giant.

I was a Giant fan in the 80's and early 90's when they won two super bowls in 5 years. I was there when the Giants won several Division titles and challenged the 9ers, Bears, and Redskins. I was very happy about the team and I didn't brag.

And even if you did we'd never know.

I think you might be a woman.

Wow. Grizzafted's post went woooooosh right over your head. He was making the Bledsoe analogy.

Bledsoe did the same thing. I guess that kind of thing is good enough for ya.

I am not. I can't brag... I didn't do anything but watch.

Actually, the spectators are VERY important to what happens on the field. The team reflects their fans.

So, although you have talent, you're second or third tier, sloppy and can't win the big one.
