I think this game was actually unscheduled/floating between Saturday and Sunday.

This game(and 4 other games) had a TBD designation left with it when the week 16 schedule was set.
It should have been flexed by week 8.
I imagine there was some fight by the networks over these games which caused this delay.

Exactly. Saturday or Sunday 1 p.m., it doesn't matter. Speaking as someone who always attends games, I much prefer football in the daylight. When starts are at 4:30, you can't do much of anything before or after.

Loved when we lived in Hawaii. Games would start at 0700, then at 1000 ish.

California now...still prefer an early Pats game (1000).
