I can't wait to see the 50 camera shots every game with Bill writing notes in his notebook. That should be wicked exciting.
yes, im sure we scouted r.dobbs. they were smarter and scouted/drafted r. doubs. We thoroughly scouted R Dobbs but selected Thornton and Zappe.
The problem with Felger is that he talks way too much. I watch the BST show with him and Michael Holley, who I consider one of the best, and Felger will constantly talk over him and the guests.
I find it interesting that Bill's had 2 meetings with Blank.. however he's still interviewing candidates... something is amiss... maybe he mentioned he wanted to bring Joe and Matt in.. LOLWhy has only 1 team called Bill Belichick? ‘It’s weird,’ NFL insider says
One NFL insider assumed that Bill Belichick was going to land a top head coaching job in the NFL. "Now the question is: Will he get one at all?www.masslive.com
Mayo had a clause in his contract. You'll see this being done alot more in the league going forward. Me personally meeting someone for an interview isn't going to Change a teams owners mind especially when they usually know who they want to hire anyway!Atlanta's doing the due diligence the Patriots should have done, even if they were going to hire Mayo anyway. As others have stated, the process would have had positive upsides with no corresponding downsides.
In theory we are getting a head start by not having to wait. I don't know exactly what can even be done and how that helps but it has to be worth more than a few sham interviews.Atlanta's doing the due diligence the Patriots should have done, even if they were going to hire Mayo anyway. As others have stated, the process would have had positive upsides with no corresponding downsides.
Good one Andy I admit thatIronically if BB goes to Atlanta Kraft and BB will have split up but it’s bb who gets the younghoe
He'll trade thier 1st round pick, for a special teams prospect from NAVY.Good one Andy I admit that
I am sure bb would select some fourth round kicker to compete with koo for the job
The source in that story is everyone's favorite fan fiction writer.
The downside would have been Mayo coaching somewhere else.Atlanta's doing the due diligence the Patriots should have done, even if they were going to hire Mayo anyway. As others have stated, the process would have had positive upsides with no corresponding downsides.
Would that creat a legal battle that would end with us getting draft picks like the Jets with BB? All the sudden all the tank people are wishing this happened. The downside would have been Mayo coaching somewhere else.
He won't do it but BB is a top 3 DC in the league right now if he decides to do that. Maybe even #1.Maybe BB can be a DC under Mayo
