It seems that a lot (but not all) of the teams that traded up were losers, but the biggest loser by far has to be San Francisco. They blew three first rounders on an inferior QB that they could have nabbed if they stayed put. I doubt Lance beats out JimmyG for the starting QB job. John Lynch is kaput. And what the heck were the Jets thinking?

As far as biggest winners, I would have to say the Dolphins and Patriots.

Cowboys did well, too, if they can keep Mr. Parsons on the straight and narrow, which hasn't been a strength of that franchise historically.

Think the Fish wanted/expected Pitts or Chase at 6 but they still got a game-changer in Waddle.

I think cincy was a loser. Don’t know how you pass up on Sewell. Also the giants. Should have taken the edge rusher Payne.

Winners
Jaguars: Lawrence.
Matt Ryan: Falcons have made sure this dude has never lacked weapons.
Vikings: Were probably taking Darrisaw at #14, moved back to #23 and still got him along with two 3rd rounders.
Chargers: Picked up a nice lineman to protect their franchise quarterback.

Losers
49ers: Gave up that much for Lance?
Raiders: They just can't help themselves.
Giants: Toney is a 2nd round talent.
Steelers: Harris is a good back, but they should have did something about their garbage offensive line.

Re Bengals....with my basic knowledge even I would have chosen better protection over re-uniting college QB and WR. Have to go and look at the stats to see the Bengals O/Line ratings

It's the Bengals lol. They drafted the number 1 overall QB last year. He plays extremely well. There line gets him beat up every game. Eventually he gets injured. They have the premier lineman in the draft fall right to them. They go WR.

At least with the Niners you can say that it doesn't matter if Lance works out. But a WR isn't worth that cache and it was a flashy move instead of the unsexy smart move.

I agree. I think that they screwed up big time...but they are the Bungles.

Yeah Cowboys had one of the more responsible draft moves. The CB's left so they took the linebacker and traded down to get extra capital on the way to him.

Winners:
San Fran- Trey Lance is a solid pick, he is a great overall athlete.
Bengals- reuniting Burrow with his college teammate
Falcons- Giving it another go with Matt Ryan by adding weapons.

Losers:

Jets- Zach Wilson has the arm strength but he had a pretty terrible 2019 season and played against lackluster competition last year.
Raiders- Lol
Steelers- Najee is not Leveon bell

Saints Bucs Raiders looked like a reach imo. Bills with Rousseau idk if i would like that.
Giants Cowboys and Vikings made smart trades. Jets as well. I don't understand the second Jags pick in etienne. I understand the connection etc..but I would have picked an OT.

Bengals and Packers each had one specific job and failed.

Zach Wilson and Justin Fields lose by virtue of being drafted by teams who will 100% ruin them.
