Big Ben or Rivers - Who would you try to trade?

I'm pretty new to fantasy football (it's my second season in a 14 teams ppr-league) and I could use an advice. I own Rivers, Big Ben and Fitzpatrick and since I can only start one at a time, I thought of trading Rivers or Roethlisberger. Right now I'm leaning on Rivers, since the offense of the Chargers seems to struggle a bit and Rivers also has a bye in week 10. Big Ben on the other hand has played pretty impressive except for that goalline fumble.

Who would you try to trade and what would be decent value for either one of them? I have a pretty good group of receivers with Nicks, Andre Johnson, Marshall and Garcon, but I'm not as strong at runningback with Bradshaw, Addai, Michael Bush and Woodhead. My tight ends are also far from being fantasy studs with Shiancoe and Gronk.

Since you are planning on keeping Fitzpatrick and he doesn't have a bye on week 10 and is playing playing against Detroit when Rivers has a bye, I would try to trade Roethlisberger.

Rivers is going to get his yards and TD's. Overall, I think the Chargers have a better offense than Pitt and I think you might be able to get away with a nice little trade for yourself for Roethlisberger as he has played pretty well so far.
