They won't have a QB next year. They are not ready to win. Belichick isn't going there this year. Rodgers is gone after this season.

The thing is Belichick isn't going there this year and Rodgers will likely be gone next. He isn't going to a team with someone else's system and coaches he has never worked with mid-season. And cannot fire the current coaching staff, hire his own staff, and install at least his defense at this point in the season.
