Belichick, Kraft & Spikes on Witness list

Two things :

1) They're prosecution witnesses not defense witnesses which is good as the murderer must not be trying to pull the Patriots into his defense, or at least their being prosecution witnesses doesn't suggest he is as could be suggested if they were defense witnesses.

2) The trial doesn't start until January 9, with the "speed" that big trials take, the Parade in Boston will likely be in the rear view mirror before they're called if they ever are.

If none of the players are affected it won't be too bad. Belichick seems more than capable of compartmentalization. And this isn't Kraft's first ride at a rodeo.

Spikes, huh. This should be interesting.

Trust me, this won't be a distraction. Move forward to get into the big game.

Belichick on the witness stand will be entertaining.

Prosecutor: Did you send and receive text messages with Aaron Hernandez?

Belichick: "We're on to life in prison."

Prosecutor: Were you aware that the defendent possessed hand guns in his home in Attleboro?

Belichick: "We're on to life in prison. Just trying to get better in all three phases - going stir-crazy, cold showers, and filing for parole."

Prosecutor: Were you aware that Aaron Hernandez was a sociopathic murderer when you signed him to a $40 million extension?

Belichick: "We're on to life in prison."

Judge: Please answer the question, Coach Belichick.

Belichick: Smirk and snort followed by awkward silence.

Prosecutor: I have nothing more for this witness.

Interviewer-Mr.Belichick what can you say about Mr.Hernandez's character?
BB-Right now we're just focused on the (insert playoff foe). They play well in all three phases of the game. Very well coached and present a lot of challenges.
Interviewer:...okay but how about Mr.Hernandez?
BB:I can only talk about the players present right now *snort*.
Interviewer:But Mr.Belichick...
BB:*interupts* Any more questions? No? Have a good night *squeezes out the door*.

Will wearing a hoodie be considered contempt of court?

Will wearing a hoodie be considered contempt of court?

Judge Chamberlain Haller: What are you wearing?
Vinny Belichick: Huh?
Judge Chamberlain Haller: What are you wearing?
Vinny Belichick: [wearing a gray hoodie] Um... I'm wearing clothes.
[the Judge angrily stares ominously at Vinny]
Vinny Belichick: I... I don't get the question.
Judge Chamberlain Haller: When you come into my court looking like you do, you not only insult me, but you insult the integrity of this court!
Vinny Belichick: I apologize, sir, but, uh... this is how I dress.
Judge Chamberlain Haller: Fine. I'll let you off this one time. The next time you appear in my court, you will look lawyerly. And I mean you comb your hair, and wear a suit and tie. And that suit had better be made out of some sort of... cloth. You understand me?

Hernandez has been sitting in the clink for a long time without a trial.

LMAO! There are 305 potential witnesses on that list! Belichick, Kraft and Spikes could all be dirt-napping before that trial ends...
