Bad news for that 2011 Oakland pick?

Those stats I go along with. No coach thinks "OK, I want my TE to run routes on 18 of the 36 plays we have" before each game. But a 50 percent split is around what I entertain as Cooleys route running.

Huh? I stated that Cooley's splits were 50-50, you said they weren't, I proved they were. A simple "no, I've been a bit of a nob, sorry you're right" would have done. In fact if you'd posted that at the start of the thread, you'd have saved yourself from looking a complete gob****e. Oh well, too late.

Yes. You're on the money again. PFF is a pretty ****ty source. Which is why I use Scout.com

Whatever son. You're wrong, see above.

Are we not taking into account the external factors such as two TE sets, gimmick plays, QB rolls from the pocket (Campbell being such a QB who preferred to scamper than take a 3, 5 or 7 step backdrop) that Washington play here? No? Or the fact that a significant proportion of Portis' plays go to the left and up the middle? No?

No. You've missed the point about the rating of his blocking. It's not about the type of play, it's about the effectiveness of what he does. And he's ****. Sadly for you.

Have you even considered the fact that the scheme which Washington run doesnt rely on blocking TE's? Its not Marty Ball. But the fact is Cooley can block, granted he's no elite blocker, nor a good blocker. Just an under-rated blocker whose technique has greatly improved-

He's a **** blocker. You can paint it up, dress it up any way you want. And if the Skins system didn't require blockers, why on earth were they keeping him to block?

Keep digging.

Ahh. You think Cooley is s***. So now we take oppinion from fact?

So let me get this straight, because you think he's great, it's fact that he's great, but because myself and PFF think he's a **** blocker, it's simply opinion that should be separated from fact?

Wow. Get over yourself.

I'm glad that you talk about being 27 nautical miles away from me. I'm quite honestly glad to be 27 nautical miles from Muslim Extremists\BNP rife ****hole that is Burnley aswell. I'll be here to own you all week.

Yeah, clearly. Your posts get worse. Slagging off where I live?! Ha ha ha.

Keep replying though, because the responses are fabulous and the hole is getting bigger and bigger and bigger.....

It is news, and you know it. If it had been a negative piece about the Raiders, you'd have been happy as a clam to read about it. Now, if you want to feel free to criticize those who've posted stories about the Patriots' OTAs, you should do that. After all, in the interest of consistency and all...

Oh, wait.... YOU posted one of those threads. Well, enjoy your hypocrisy.

I have not posted any threads, and I know any reports in June about ANYTHING are worthless.

That Raiders pick can fall between 1 and 32. (I can see a scenario where Al Davis is in a coma form august until March.)
