Here's that fight....again.

I don't know who #26 is, but Merriweather is #19, looking like he's trying to put out a flaming bag of dog poop left on his porch.

Okay, I now have to show off my skills breaking down game tape.

What worries me is not that he's stomping a guy like he's trying to put out a flaming bag of dog poop left on his porch.

What worries me is it's his own guy.

Backed it up 3 times. That guy has a white helmet, and I don't see any "black hats" in the vicinity... maybe it's the angle...

Yikes. Still like the guy. But yikes.

Bust, bust and bust. Funny stuff.
Posting a near 85 QB rating while playing with the worst O-line in football and no run game makes you a bust?

Being released makes you a bust. A lot of people think that the sacks he took were largely his fault for not getting rid of the ball fast enough. I guess we'll see.

In case you haven't realized no one is accusing the Texans front office of being fantastical.

A certain Rodney Harrison had a very bad reputation at the *professional level* (as opposed to mere college era hijinks). How did that work out for us? Losing a player completely due to substance abuse/Arrest issues is one thing. But I think the bigger issue is how does a player affect the locker room? I don't believe that all 53 of the Pats are in the hero/saint category but they all seem to rally around each other which implies a basic level of respect. If a player couldn't command that respect *then* I'd pass on him.

I would put Merriweather in a room with Bru and Rodney for a stress interview. If he passed, I'd take him
