20 years of success buys you a lot of time to turn things around when things aren't going well. He won't be canned this year or next year or the year after that.

We double dipped on Tight ends on the wort year for tight ends in over a decade.

These rookies will never be are Gronk & Hernandez.

Hernandez May have Killed a guy, but so did. Ray Lewis.

To be fair, what happened in that draft and the Pats coming out with those two was a boon. It may be another decade before we see a team do something like that again at one spot in the same draft. So, yes, it was a bad year ti m for TE's, but it was a position of high need and BB was actually smart to double dip. We'll just have to wait a little longer to see if it pays off in any way.
