As an NFL historian I can't imagine Belichick is OK with this

It's BB's own "fault." He wins too much. Just like Brady. That's really what this is all about. Anyone who thinks it's about cheating is naive. It's about payback, competitive balance, 31 privileged whiners jealous of the TB/BB accomplishments.
