It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Lucky for us we neglected the Tackle position for so long lolI’ve been seeing it more since the combine. Everything I’ve read on him is that he’s strictly a right tackle so I don’t have a problem with it because luckily enough for us we have a need at both tackle spots .
My reservation with that is TE is not seen as top 5 value in general and this is a fairly deep class so there's value later. Lastly if we resign Hooper it's not a position of need. Its between him and Warren for me at this point.
Id say better tape. He performed at left tackle, and just about everyone had him as a higher ranked prospect before the combine. Even when acknowledging shorter arms. I understand the concern about it, but its not like it hasn't been done before. Two current tackles have sub 33" arms and are doing just fine. Campbell's RAS is even better than Membou's.I think Membou has the measurables and tape to back them up. He performed well at a young age in a tough conference which leads to a high floor and a high ceiling.
But Will Campbell fits the same profile except for arm length. Campbell might even have better tape?
That is reasonable.Id say better tape.
Agreed. He performed at left tackle, and just about everyone had him as a higher ranked prospect before the combine.
Which two tackles are you referring to?Even when acknowledging shorter arms. I understand the concern about it, but its not like it hasn't been done before. Two current tackles have sub 33" arms and are doing just fine.
Not a big difference. 9.82 for Membou and 9.88 for Campbell. 0.06 is not significant - basically both are the same. I like Membou's bench press because I like a mauler in the run game, but a difference of 0.06 is basically equal.Campbell's RAS is even better than Membou's.

He was a transfer portal guy who had only ever played LT.Who was the LT on Missouri and was he Elite
Asking because if Membou could not make it over to LT in College then he will most likely always be a RT
Is that worth a 4 pick
Marcus Bryant he was a transfer from SMU. Prior to that they had Javon Foster who was drafted in the 4th last year.Who was the LT on Missouri and was he Elite

Foster i knew that name looked familiar lolMarcus Bryant he was a transfer from SMU. Prior to that they had Javon Foster who was drafted in the 4th last year.
I hate do it but I'm starting to find clips like this where Membou doesn't always finish and let's his QB get hit from behind.
So Alaric is 32 4/8" arm length, Campbell is 32 5/8" arm length, and Raiman is 32 7/8" arm length. Alaric was an UDFA, and Raiman was a 3rd round draft pick, 77th overall. Both are similar in arm length to Campbell, you are correct, but neither was ever considered as the #4 pick overall. If you were to suggest that Campbell will be selected in the 3rd round I would say, "Absolutely snag him". The issue is whether Campbell is a good pick at #4 in the first round. Your argument that Alaric and Raiman have similar arm lengths does not appear to be a good argument to select Campbell at #4 overall. It still appears that Membou might be the safer pick at #4.Alaric Jackson and Bernard Raimann. I heard on a podcast that there are actually 3 starting tackles with sub 33" arms but the 3rd wasn't listed. According to PFF, both Jackaon and Raimann graded out as top 20 tackles.
As far as the RAS, I only brought it up because people have raved about Membou's performance but only focus on the negative in Campbell.
Yeah i want pancakes but I'm nitpicking. It's what I do lolI feel like that is reaching. He kept his guy out of the QBs pocket and had no idea that the QB broke the pocket. I assume that when you say finish you are looking for the pancake? I would say that is more an exception than the rule.
