Or do we need to win the SB to have that honor?

7 straight afccg, four Superbowl appearences, two wins and a chance for a third win in two weeks. Insane we were the team of the 2000s and likely the team of the 2010s. We will never see this again for any team in our lifetimes.

Yeah 99.9%

Unless Philly or Minny is going to 3-peat starting this year. Even then....could still be NE given how bad those teams were for the first half of the decade.

If we went 0.500 in '18 and '19, we'd still be way ahead of everyone in team record for the decade.

Just had a quick phone call with 74 year old RW Sr.

Quote: "Transcendent teams just know how to win. As far as I'm concerned it's the 60s Celtics all over again. Belichick is Red and Brady is Russell.

I wish someone would drug Jim Nantz. He's so full of himself .".

7 post seasons of the '10s seasons: 7 playoff appearances, 6 AFCCGs, 3 SBs. 2 SB wins.
The team of the '10s, so far, had been decided last year, the Patriots. However, if Seattle or Den could have dominated the 17-19 years the argument could have changed. Obviously that possibility is over. So unless someone threepeats (Philly being the only possibility other than the Patriots), the Team of the 10's is a wrap.

Yes and our dynasty is superior to the 49ers who had a long run into the 90’s because the Cowboys won more Super Bowls in the 90’s. Steve Young only added one more.

So we are the team of the 00’s, the 10’s and the greatest dynasty of all time.

4 super bowls, either 2 or 3 wins, with 2 more years to go to potentially add to that? Yeah, I think we've got that locked down. Team of the '00s, team of the '10s.
