Pats TE Rob Gronkowski's back surgery is completed, and it is believed that it went well.

Keep in mind that this is coming from Florio, who gets all of his Gronk info from Rosenhaus, Gronk's agent. Therefore, it's going to be a pretty optimistic outlook no matter what actually happened.

ESPN claims they heard the healing process will take 14 weeks, which is 84 days, which would mean he'd heal by Sept 10th, which is 2 days after the season opener. Take their claims for what it's worth.

Correction, 12 weeks, which is 84 days. Good thing I work with numbers lol.

Back surgery is no joke. Hopefully Gronk comes out okay.

Let's hope that Gronk falls into the first category, but to be realistic I am preparing myself for the scenario in which he'll miss 2-3-4 games or even be PUP'ed; But most importantly, life will go on!!
