Brady might be better at that, but I think your idea of Newton's strengths and weaknesses as a passer is off base. There was a video posted in another thread of a guy doing film study and the conclusion was that Cam is actually at his best as a short passer but coaches made him play a different kind of game most years.

He and McCaffrey had great chemistry; I see no reason why it wouldn't be similar with White.

It's in every sports fan's blood to take the 'half glass full' approach and imagine every signing and draft pick will pan out and will be better than what left the door, but how do we think James White himself felt?

Trust me, I want White to be better with Newton because Newton is the here and now, I just don't see it. Brady has the best short term game in the league in terms of making the right reads and executing the right throws.
