To quote a former Patriots TE, "I would kill to see that happen!"

How about this trade:
Patriots trade RB James White
Bucs trade a 4th round pick
not going to happen. and even if it does, what difference does it make? You all said that Brady is washed up .
James White is going to benefit tremendously from playing with Cam Newton, IMO.
Just curious, but why would we think that?
Brady's reads and touch on the shorter throws are far superior to Newton's.
We just had our 3rd-rounder stolen from us; I wouldn't accept anything less than that. How about this trade:

I don't know if either Bill or McD want to see their 30-year-old QB, returning from a Lisfranc injury, running too many RPOs...or running too much at all...The D has to be set up to stop the run with Cam, leaving more space for White. Also he should have some RPOs with Cam.
Why would he be a 3rd wheel substitute? He'd be their best WR, even with Mike Evans on the team.
Because you've got two stud receivers and he's unreliable.
Brady is going to rely on Evans and Godwin. Case closed. The Bucs would be out of their minds to rely on Brown.
Sure, bring him on if he wants spot duty, but no way do you focus things around him.
So you didn't see that whole Brady and Brown thing that went down last year, then?
If you want to rate Moss/Welker as high than Evans/Godwin. That is at least defensible
But AB is so far ahead of Stallworth/Gaffney that its not even funny.
And we haven't even mentioned Gronk.
Or the fact that they are going to be facing defenses that are little better prepared than 2011 due to COVID.
Just curious, but why would we think that?
