Not that I'm ever good at this, but hard to predict. The Lions were missing like all their WRs last week, scored 45 and then still lost. If the Pats run the ball a million times with Zappe, they'll probably take a long time to score, which I guess is fine provided the Lions don't get any extra possessions through turnovers, which seems to be the Pats' specialty this year.
