So the NFL is defending Rodgers on this.
Interesting.
Not if the vaxxed players don't test positive. They have to make GB forfeit right? the whole team was just at a big party together. It's a super spreader event.
Should be a forfeit on Sunday. The League NOT pursuing the violation of their own rules is beyong ridiculous (but predictable). We are talking about a League that allowed network news to run "How do you tell the children" (literally) news segments for PV = nRT and now they allow the non-vaxxed to hang with an entire team unmasked, despite their clear rules.
Hate this League.
Isn't the Covid policy that they are not going to reschedule ? If the amount of actual contacts was taken, would it not prevent GB from fiedling a team ? The Commish has nothing to do with it - it is not the policy the teams accepted as part of the protocols ?IIRC while the Commissioner has extraordinary power, one of the few powers he explicitly is denied is the ability to declare forfeits that way.
Are you referring to a change between 2020 and 2021? Because multiple games were postponed last year.Isn't the Covid policy that they are not going to reschedule ? Yes. Perhaps I misunderstood the policy, but I was under the impression that THIS season, games would not be pushed back to accomodate and that teams that cannot field a team would then be given the loss... maybe I'm wrong. Are you referring to a change between 2020 and 2021? You might be right, I just thought the COVID related rules all carried over from last year without changes but I don't remember where or when I would have heard that so it might just not be true.Yes. I don't think GB is in any danger of not fielding a team. All their receivers will be back for this game. It stinks that they lost their starter but that is no reason to forfeit. I believe they can with his game with Love given how awful the Chiefs are playing.Yes. Maybe they'll trade for Kendall Hinton he has experience in games like thisI don't think GB is in any danger of not fielding a team. All their receivers will be back for this game. Yeah, there was some change along those lines new this season. Are you referring to a change between 2020 and 2021? Because multiple games were postponed last year.
