A Pretty Impressive Offense!

Also, there will be some very tough games coming up. We’re going to be far behind in most of those games. We will absolutely see the ball going to Polk and Baker in those games to see if they can produce or we need to draft another WR high or sign a FA like Higgins. Snowflake fans will complain up the wazoo without seeing the bigger picture.
Is that a joke or insult??

Zuma I give Rookies the benefit of the doubt but I have never seen one play as bad as Polk. As for Baker all his Big talk and don't have a NFL stat to back it up on a Bad Offensive Team. What does that tell you?? It tells me both will not be on this Team for very long.

Then do it. So far they are useless…pathetic even. Regardless they are rookies and the team needs to know if they can play or not…13 games is not enough to know. And blaming AVP for last season is just as pathetic.

People overhyping the 32nd Ranked Offense just doesn't sit well with me. This current Offense can't come back from Two scores down.

Who is Baker?

Really?? look at his numbers for a Guy who has played so many games. Saying his pathetic numbers are pedestrian is being kind. Speaking of K Boutte it wouldn't surprise me if he finishes the season with more yards than Poop Douglas.
You are clearly not being remotely objective or analytical about this. Douglas has 101 catches in his first 27 games. MANY highly successful receivers have not matched that by their age 23 season. That doesn’t even bring up the fact that he’s getting double teamed because he has zero receiving threat on the outside of him. He’s made more big plays than every other receiver on this team combined over the past two years. Scapegoating him over all the others is borderline insanity. Douglas is a 80-100 catch, 1000 yard receiver on a team with a good #1.

Douglas is a very good slot receiver. That is a huge plus for the team. That is a role he can play for years.

For 2024, he and Henry have helped Maye carry the passing game.

Douglas is one player whose role has been solidified for the future.

Can't wait for him to hit the century mark receiving in a game he has four more. That's probably going be you below waiting for him.

Polk has been given a ton of opportunities. Maye isn’t going to throw to him if he can’t get open.
Baker can’t beat out the slugs we have for playing time so I wouldn’t count on much from him.

He not a VERY GOOD slot receiver. He is potentially a starting level slot receiver but is not there yet.
VERY GOOD slot receivers catch 100 passes.
VERY GOOD slot receivers gain a lot of yards after the catch

You’re right, any receiver who doesn’t have a 100 yard game can’t be a good #3. Your takes get more hilarious each time. Keep it coming.

Reall?? Finishing dead last two years in a row ok.
Oh, so you think this will be the same team in 2025. Once, again, and I'm growing weary of writing this, the Patriots will have the most available cap money of any NFL team at $139M as currently estimated, and they will have four picks in the top 80 if the current records hold up.

They will have tons of flexibility to sign free agents and trade with those draft picks, especially since they will not be in the rookie or veteran QB sweepstakes. Talent-wise, this will be a dramatically different roster in 2025.

People are critical of the management for not investing this year. Wrong. Danny Ainge showed us all how to quickly build two championship teams by stocking up on draft picks and signing veterans to key positions. We had to live through the break up Brown and Tatum crap to give them time to flourish into elite players while adding talent around them, The Bills did the same around their rookie QB.

I agree that the spotlight is squarely on Eliot Wolf as this season comes to an end. Given the way the Packers built their rosters over years and maintained a competitive team year-after-year, I expect the Patriots to be a much better team in 2025 and 2026, That's when we get to see what Mayo and his staff can do.

I’m impressed with how well he’s helped Maye develop while dealing with injuries on the Oline and rookies forgetting how to run routes and catch a football.

All well and good I suppose; but his play-calling Sucks.

Complain about...what, exactly...? And what again is this big picture we're supposed to be seeing?
