A "come to Jesus meeting" regarding TB

You have no clue.

They did not determine that Brady was not guilty. They concluded that the NFL overstepped. Big difference.

But your insistence to cling to these arguments prove that you don't understand what exactly is going on.

Regarding Favre, he was punished for not turning over his phone. Precedent had been set. But the issue you are failing to grasp is that Brady's guilt on this issue was cemented when he didn't turn over his phone, so he was punished for being guilty of deflategate. He wasn't punished any further because of withholding the phone (unless you're arguing that the NFL should fine him a further $50k?)

Must really eat at you that two Federal Judges didn't care about the cell phone and based their ruling on fundamental fairness

You don't even understand what the appeal was about then, do you? You do realize that the appeals courts were not determining Brady's guilt or innocence, right? Do you realize how stupid you sound?

Now that said I'm going to requote this for you because the 2nd Circuit Court judges did think it was important to reiterate this point so that fools don't gloss over it when it comes to discussing Brady's judgement. Read it, and let it sink in:

"Finally, any reasonable litigant would understand that the destruction of evidence, revealed just days before the start of the arbitration proceedings, would be an important issue. It is well established that the law permits a trier of fact to infer that a party who deliberately destroys relevant evidence the party had an obligation to produce did so in order to conceal damaging information from the adjudicator."

Do you understand what he is saying to you? Do you recognize what he is trying to communicate to you? This statement was made especially for people like you?

"Any REASONABLE litigant would understand..."

The problem is that you aren't "reasonable", and that makes us ALL look stupid.
