Ugh. Where did we dismiss it? You understand that in the NFL it's quite possible for more than one person to be allowed to rush the passer. And there have been accounts coming out of camp about Hightower doing pass rushing drills and Collins doing coverage drills.

well, you're assuming I was referring to these "drills". I was not. There's clips on this site from every practice. LOOK at the padded practice ELEVEN ON ELEVEN sequences...tell me what YOU see. Of course I saw Hightower and Collins doing those drills...ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER LB'S. Look, I realize there is no point in arguing this, you never entertain any other opinion but your own. You go with your "Hightower Edge Rusher 4/3 Under" thesis. I'll catch the highlights later on on the NFL channel.

No. I said I really like the notion of Jones and Hightower rushing from the same side. That's it. An almost direct quote. I didn't say it would happen. I never mentioned Jamie Collins or pass coverage, all I said was that I like the idea of something.

And I'm happy to entertain any opinion. It does help if the person offering the opinion actually read what I wrote.
