I will say this in support of BB. Don Shula had one of the great QBS of all time in Dan Marino, for ten years and never won a super bowl.

Even though I'm not happy with Bill right now, this is a good point to bring up. I do think bill is a great coach FYI.. But It's fair to question if he may have lost his touch.

We will literally go 2-15 this year if all stays the same. So, I think BB needs to step down now.
Let BOB or Mayo or whomever take over interim. And sadly, Mac is toasted. It's too late to correct his mental abyss.

I still think we could get something in return for him in a trade. At this point we need all the draft capital we can potentially get. Big named FA will not want to come here outside of a pay day.

JJ McCarthy is an absolute stud. In my opinion has all the intangibles. I like Nix and wouldn't hate it closer to 8-12, but I feel like he's a slightly more mobile version of Mac.
