Chris Bell, WR, Louisville 6-2, 227lbs
This one is interesting. Dane Brugler has made him his no 2 WR in the class. He's an X/Z and whilst his size is AJ Brown like (and I do wonder whether that might intrigue Vrabel), when I watch him, he plays like a bigger Kyle Williams. The first thing I noticed with Williams was his ability, and explosiveness, to transition to full speed almost immediately on catching the ball. I see something very similar with Bell. Also, Bell apparently has the best separation score on go routes amongst returning receivers.

Yup, faster with the ball.

It'll be interesting to see how he does with a new QB, Miller Moss, who has something to prove if wants play at the next level.

Harbor looks like a great track guy. 5th or 6th?
Thornton went in the 4th so I'd say that's the floor. This is Harbor's first season where he's focused solely on football so it'll be interesting to see how he develops. He did have a great play as a gunner tonight as well as that TD so his athleticism certainly shines through.

Thornton went in the 2nd. Harbor in the 4th is OK with me, we have two 4th round picks.

I thought you were talking about Tennessee's Donte Thornton who went in the 4th to the Raiders. He's a much better comp than Tyquan.

With me you have to keep it simple. I am not going to know all the comps. I am lucky that I recognized Tyquan and Harbor are both track athletes, and not overly coordinated, so they have to catch with their bodies, not their hands. I was proud of myself for recognizing that.

However, I am clever enough to see that signing FAs by need and drafting BPA is the best strategy.

And I lived in Brum for 4 years and my son was born in England. We are almost half brothers.

1. I'm with you. I don't like body catchers.

2. I agree with your signing/draft strategy. In an ideal world that's certainly the best strategy. Still, I'd rather have Will Campbell than the likes of Dan Moore who went to the Titans on big money.

In an ideal world no-one would be divorced. Sometimes we have to adjust.

I'd be fine with using a 4th on Harbor.

Pats pick 15th, Bears 10th:

1(15) EDGE Keldric Faulk/Rueben Bain
*** Trade 2(48) and 4(115) for 2(39)
2(39) C Connor Lew / TE Kenyon Sadiq
3(79) CB Mansoor Delane
4(110) WR Nyck Harbor

If the draft were today, I'd be quite happy with that.

That would be a great draft.

110 right now seems about right for a physical freak who hasn't shown he can put it together on a consistent basis. DT Deone Walker went 109 last year.

I've seen Lew from 17 to 83 on Big Boards. Assume TE and C will be slightly discounted as positions, and in a deep center class he might last to the 2nd round.

Had my eye on Delane last year, but he opted for the transfer portal over the draft.

Delane was great yesterday. If he continues like that, he could end up in the first round (dependent on combine).
