There were quite a few that didn't take part. I can excuse the Miami contingent a bit having played in the final of the Championship but if you didn't play in the playoffs, there's no real excuse.

Yes.

Not sure if BB outsmarted himself as there is so much that goes into player decisions we never hear about. Like how players did in interviews and such.. For all we know there could have been red flags that the team found..
