This offense is beyond putrid. 20 minutes into the game and they have a grand total of 13 rushing yards and NEGATIVE 3 passing yards.

Edit: With Fields taking ANOTHER big sack, I don't think they even have a positive total net yards. Don't know if I've seen that before this deep into a game.

Of course on the other side is a QB that’s on the same level of bad and Denvers defense is actually good

You're totally right on the pass blocking, it might be the best in the league, they pass everything off flawlessly (when there's anything to pass off, that is, they Jets aren't doing anything spectacular).

Maybe the Jets are just that bad, and I should just trust my eyes, but Payton has Nix doing rollouts, half-field reads, using his legs on read options, and receivers are just wide open.

Yeah on that 3rd down that just got called back, Jets brought 5, Nix had all day to wait for the boundary receiver to come all the way across the field on a crosser, hit him on the far hash. That's not a quick pass concept.

Sauce Gardner might be one of the worst cornerbacks in football, I'm specifically watching him on this drive, he doesn't cover anyone, and just looks confused.

Crazy how much he’s fallen off. Can’t tackle either

Typical Jete self-scouting fail. They're in a rebuilding year, yet they signed Gardner to a big extension. They could have capitalized on some dumb-ass team and traded him for draft capital, but, nope, they were the dumb-ass team that decided to extend him just as it becomes clear he's more name than game.
