That's the thing. Their front office is actually very good, they've been drafting quite well for several years. But, the coaching staff is horrendous every year so it doesn't matter.

That's been the knock on him his entire NFL career, if not earlier.

Interesting athletic skill set, but simply can't see the field.

I don't really agree with this.
In 2022, they had a lot of high picks and didn't fumble #4 and #10 overall for Wilson and Gardner, and Breece Hall in the second was great. But beyond that, I'm struggling to find a draft class that would qualify as Very Good in their recent history.
