Nix got it done today. Helps to have that D but he out played Love big time.

And I say great! Let Denver and bo nix be the big favorites in the AFC. Bring it on.

I still think the Rams are the best team in the league. But it will be difficult if they don't win the division.

He has been clutch all year.

Some of it looks unsustainable. But he is doing it.
I am starting to become a Nix believer. I have tried time and time again to ignore it but he does what he has to time and time again. Nix, in Denver with that D, no want of any part of that. If the Pats couldn't beat Buffalo today at home...don't know if I want any part of Denver with Nix in the playoffs. That D is nasty and Nix making play after play after play.

The one seed is probably not happening.

Denver gets Minshew in KC
They will beat the Jags

The question is if this is who he is moving forward. Or, do DC's get tape of him and it's tougher next year.

I would still take Maye...for now.

He's in year 2. Plenty of tape out there now. What he did today in Denver against even though Green Bay lost Watson AND Parsons was impressive. It was exactly what I expected out of Maye today. I thought Maye would have a 300 yard 4 TD game in a FU moment to Buffalo. Denvers D gave up almost a 30 spot as well so they weren't lock down lights out either much like the Pats, they were at home also.

This makes the path for the 1 seed pretty narrow.

Not only do we have to win out. We have to hope Denver goes 1-2 in their last 3. One of those games is now against a Chiefs without Mahomes. The remaining games are against the Jags/Chargers, so both are losable.

Not calling it dead, but it looks like a tall order.

Some great games today. 49ers aren’t getting enough respect. Denver is the real deal and we just have to accept that.

Denver overall > NE overall, at least right now. I think they're about equal at full strength.

But I'd still rather have Maye than Nix.

I’d obviously rather have the #1 seed, but even if we don’t secure it, I like us vs ANYBODY in the AFC on our best day; even in Denver.

Yeah, we lost the 1 seed today, realistically speaking anyways. I thought this was a game Denver would drop but they just keep winning. They are legit.

IMO the Pats have next to zero chance in Denver against that team. The crowd noise, the altitude etc etc. Many a great team has faltered in Denver including our Pats with TB12 at the helm. The Denver D is nasty and their offense is just getting it done, over and over. They are now the first team to 12 wins, just sent the Packers home and the Pats pissed down their legs against Buffalo at home. I know which team I would take if I was a betting person, which I am thankfully not.

We could very well lose in Denver, but I’d still take us as underdogs. I like that narrative for us; but there’s literally zero chance that we have “zero chance.” They ain’t the 2000 Ravens or 85 Bears.

I wouldn’t fret about the Pats going to Mile High for a playoff game right now. Get in the playoffs and win a couple of games first. Today wasn’t too encouraging toward that happening especially on defense.
