Who else is concerned about our quarterback depth?

Not sure if that was an awful throw or if he expected his receiver to break in the other direction

Is he a starter? No. But in my opinion, he was never good as a full time starter. He's shined when he was able to trust other guys to cover deep and just free him up to hunt for the ball and make big plays.

If Peppers and Woodson can be a solid starting duo, and probably Hawkins behind them, then Dugger can be used situationally which is best for him. He's way overpaid for that role, but the salary is guaranteed this year anyway so it's a sunk cost - may as well use him well. But I also understand the coaches putting him out there in uncomfortable positions to see how he handles it. He's seemed to progress, which helps his chances of sticking.

He will be fine, he looks faster tonight than he has since before the injury.

I think he’s out there because he needs the reps because he is recovering from a terrible leg injury and working his way back.
He will be fine, he looks faster tonight than he has since before the injury.

He looks a lot faster today than he did 2 weeks ago, even.

He also has a weak arm, like Mac and Zappe. I’m not really seeing what the others are seeing. I’m praying nothing happens to Maye this season.

I wouldn't say great. He's had a couple of good plays, and a couple of boneheaded ones too.

Wooldridge might be an OK practice squad QB to work with but their backup QB situation just ain't good. That said, it might be hard to find a replacement on waivers who also can pick up Josh's offense fast. Maybe there's someone out there who has experience, like for instance if Stidham shakes free in Denver, but seems unlikely.
