Jags have receivers to counter the Bills pass D.

Its all on Lawrence.
If this game was in Buffalo I wouldn't really give the Jags more than a puncher's chance. But its in sunny Jacksonville. I don't see the Jags traveling north and really beating any of the cold weather teams. But I guess we will find out if/when we get there. But I absolutely like the Jags at home this week. I would imaging a Buffalo +0.5 - +1.5 line or maybe even a slight favorite as well, but I would lean Jax as a slight home favorite.

So after three teams picked QBs 1-2-3 in 2024, one of them is back picking in the top 10 two years later.
They were also the first of those teams to get to the playoffs.

Getting our injured players back was the key. Campbell, Williams and Boutte were back this week, and played well. Supposedly getting Spillane & Landry back for the playoffs which would be huge. Maybe we get Jared Wilson back as well. They’d be the healthiest they’ve been in quite some time.

Add in that the running game is looking really good, and can set up play action.

I like the Pats chances vs anyone in the AFC.
I expect we will see Wilson back, hopefully sooner rather than later.

I’m hoping we see Tonga back, too. They didn’t IR him so his injury must have seemed relatively short duration. But it’s continued to linger. So for now we don’t know. The good news is that Durden and Taylor and Eric Gregory seem to doing better than we could’ve expected.

I'm not sure this worked out the way the Bills wanted it to or maybe they just didn't care. But from a numbers standpoint Jacksonville may be the worse team they could have drawn. Jacksonville has both a defense and an offense unlike Houston.

You have to take out Cook to give yourself the best shot at beating the Bills. Jacksonville has the 2nd best run defense in the league behind Denver. In four out of their five losses Cook ran for less than 100 yards. They are 3 and 4 when he rushes for less than 100. Two of those wins were shootouts with Baltimore and Cincy. The Bills are 8 and 1 when Cook rushes for over 100 yards.

Other interesting matchups in this game as well. Bills terrible run defense but have the best pass defense in the league etc..
If the Bills go one and done and we make it to the divisional round this season is a success for me

Says around 40…that’s not cold enough..

If the high is in the low 40’s , a night game would definitely be in the 30s or 20s if we end up in primetime

Wildcard - patriots beat chargers
Division - patriots beat Jags ( I expect jags to beat bills )

Afc championship - pats beat Texans in Foxborough

Super bowl - Patriots beat Bears
We’ll beat the Bears, 100-3.

My gosh that song was bad.
