I think our team is pretty good, yeah they have some holes, but they have all bought into the system, and care about each other.
This is much bigger than " Need All-Stars at every position some idiots think".
I give us a chance against anyone in the NFL.
Glad some of the wounded got a chance to knock the rust off today, was hoping for that, and hoping they all came out unscathed.

Further proof of what I’ve been saying for many years, teams don’t tank. There’s tons of evidence the last 10 years or so that teams don’t tank.

An owner may want to tank, a GM too, even possibly a coach who’s been assured he’ll be back next season. But no player wants to tank. No player gives a crap about that, they’re all fighting for jobs next season. Look at Maxx Crosby’s fight with Vegas over bring IR’d. The only way to get them to lay down is to get up on them big early, then they might start dreaming of their vacations and off season plans, and not wanting to be injured for them.

I'm not sure this worked out the way the Bills wanted it to or maybe they just didn't care. But from a numbers standpoint Jacksonville may be the worse team they could have drawn. Jacksonville has both a defense and an offense unlike Houston.

You have to take out Cook to give yourself the best shot at beating the Bills. Jacksonville has the 2nd best run defense in the league behind Denver. In four out of their five losses Cook ran for less than 100 yards. They are 3 and 4 when he rushes for less than 100. Two of those wins were shootouts with Baltimore and Cincy. The Bills are 8 and 1 when Cook rushes for over 100 yards.

Other interesting matchups in this game as well. Bills terrible run defense but have the best pass defense in the league etc..

With a win against the Chargers, the possible opponents for the Divisional round are:

If the Bills win: The winner of Ravens/Steelers vs Houston

If the Jags win: Jacksonville, no other opponent is possible.

Right 2 seed plays 3 if the win and 4/5 is 3 loses. Because the 1 pays the lowest seed. Jags can’t be lowest seed in division round. Bills could only be lowest if the chargers win

One bad play does not make a player total irredeemable ****. Every player has a bad play sooner or later, even the best, and they’re not all ****.

Getting our injured players back was the key. Campbell, Williams and Boutte were back this week, and played well. Supposedly getting Spillane & Landry back for the playoffs which would be huge. Maybe we get Jared Wilson back as well. They’d be the healthiest they’ve been in quite some time.

Add in that the running game is looking really good, and can set up play action.

I like the Pats chances vs anyone in the AFC.

Got the win and everyone stayed healthy, cant ask for more. We should have everyone but hollins and farmer back for the playoffs.

Wanted the 1 seed but the 2 seed has a nice payoff too. We’ll host at least 2 games if we win rd 1. Indoor west coast team coming to foxboro next week. Ill take it

it didn’t work out the way the Bills wanted it to when the Patriots won the AFCE.

Once they were a wild card team the Bills didn’t really have much control over their own destiny. The best they could hope for was to win out after they beat the Pats, and hope other teams stumbled. But they stumbled too.

It worked out the way they played, not the way they hoped.
