2025 Draft: WRs

I feel like this dude is being slept on and I am not sure why, what am I missing?

I think the reason I've passed him by is the 8 drops and a low contested catch rate of 38% on top of him only being 183lb. Admittedly the 8 drops is only one higher than McMillan. I should probably give him another watch.

Ricky White out of UNLV is the perfect latter round pick for us. He plays much MUCH faster than his mediocre 40 time.

We need a viable X receiver. A must-have this draft.

Jayden Higgins, no?
Yeah I like Higgins. But so do a lot of people apparently because he's climbed into the late 1st conversation.

I'd take Tre Harris who led the country with a silly 5.12 yards per route run in 2024, more than a full yard of the next closest receiver in this class.

I would love Higgins but I'm leaning towards LT at 38 or with a trade up and Higgins won't make it to our 3rd rounder.

The good thing about WR is you don't need them to start on day 1. I know fans don't have the patience to hear that, but the reality is we do NEED a LT to adequately protect Maye on day 1.

Love him too Felton looks like a very good all-round Receiver. Can go short intermediate and deep.

I have him and Kyle Williams in the same bucket. I think both could be X WRs based on their releases (Willams has a better release package/repertoire) but Felton isn't a slouch. They both run good routes and good-ish hands. Its the route running though and ability to separate quickly.

Dont'e Thornton and Arian Smith tapes screams X-WR's. I learned A Smith have the dropsies but we wouldn't take him in the Second Round: I see excellent Day 3 Value here.

What do you think of Torry Horton?? I think he more than looks the part: ran very well too 4.41 unlike some others ie... Ricky White and Pat Bryant both a pedestrian 4.61: donkeys. I think this kid Isaac TeSlaa 6-3 1/2 214 is moving up Ran a 4.43 at that size.

Tory Horton ran a 4.41 whilst still recovering from an injury. I think there's more speed to come from him.
